- The client brought his truck because he says the transmission light started to tun on and flash on the dashboard and also the battery He says he replaced the battery. But he continued wiht the same problem When making the diagnosis, the alternator is not marking the 14 volts that it should. He is dialing 12 and a half volts. We spoke to the customer to let him know that the dealer's original alternator and battery had to be replaced and he approved the work
